Stadium Guidelines
Advance Ticket Sales: Fans can purchase tickets to upcoming Thunder games by calling our main office at 815-965-7000 (VISA and MC will be accepted) or at the game at the Thunder entrance one (1) hour before the scheduled start time of the game.
Alcohol: Alcohol can be purchased at the concession stand. You must be 21 years of age or older and provide proper ID.
Animals: Animals, except for trained dogs or service animals assisting visitors with disabilities, are permitted into the park. Only those providing a service will be admitted for free. All other pets must pay a pet fee of $5.
Bicycle Parking: Bicycle parking is available at the entrance of the softball stadium.
Babies/Toddlers Tickets: Fans ages two (2) and under may be admitted to Thunder games without an admission ticket. However, they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult.
Bottles and Cans: No beverage containers, glass or otherwise, shall be permitted into the park. Only those used for infant feedings will be allowed.
Coolers: Visitors to the park are not permitted to bring in any coolers.
Concessions: Food and beverages are available at the concession stand. Visitors may not bring food or drink items into the ballpark.
Cameras/Video Equipment: Visitors are welcome to bring video and still cameras into the ballpark; however, tripods are not allowed in the seating areas. No flash photography is allowed during the game.
Credit Card Policy: VISA and MasterCard are accepted at the ticket gate and gift shop. Credit cards are also accepted at the concession stand.
Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges are given for Thunder individual game tickets. Season ticket holders are eligible for a special ticket exchange program. Call (815) 965-7000 for details.
Food and Beverages: No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the park.
Foul Balls and Home Run Balls: Fans are permitted to keep foul balls and home runs hit into occupied seating areas as souvenirs; however, fans must not enter the playing area to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls still in play. All fans, especially those sitting along the foul lines, are cautioned to stay alert for hard-hit foul balls or bats that might leave the field of play. Ticket holders assume all risks and dangers incidental to the game of fastpitch softball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game. Thunder Pro Fastpitch cannot be held responsible for the conduct of other Guests when attempting to obtain a foul or home run ball.
Gate Opening Times: Gates will open one hour prior to game time.
Guest Conduct: Customer Service is the number one objective of the Thunder. The team strives to provide its Guests/Fans with the most positive fastpitch softball experience in the NPF in a safe, comfortable environment. To help us achieve our goal of outstanding customer service, we ask for fan cooperation in the following areas:
•Dress appropriately for the game.
•Respect other guests' ability to enjoy the game. Loud or obnoxious fans could be asked to leave the ballpark if their behavior is deemed to be offensive to guests around them.
•Please do not bring balloons, beach balls, nets or laser pointers into the park. These items are not permitted at any time.
•For the safety of all fans, do not interfere with the progress of the game or go onto the playing field. Any fan interfering with a ball in play or going onto the field will be removed from the park and could be subject to arrest.
•Please sit in your assigned seat and be prepared to show your ticket to an usher or ballpark supervisor upon request.
Lost Fans: Please notify the nearest usher of a lost fan. Lost guests will be brought to the Clubhouse.
Lost and Found: Any items lost or found within the park should be brought to the attention of the nearest usher. The usher will place the item(s) within the Clubhouse for pickup by rightful owner.
Lost/Stolen Game Tickets: Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. Stolen tickets will be replaced at no charge as long as a police report has been filed and documentation is presented to the Thunder ticket office at least 24 hours prior to game time. You will be charged the face value for all other lost or misplaced tickets.
Paging: Paging fans over the public address system at the ballpark is not permitted. To facilitate communication in case of an urgent request, please make sure that your friends and family know your seat location.
Parking Information: Free parking is available at the Park.
Personal Check Policy: The Thunder will accept personal checks at the ticket box office or at the Gift Shop with at least two forms of ID and a valid phone number.

Player Appearances: Any request for a player appearance should be made in writing on the organization's letterhead and at least two weeks prior to the event. The letter should provide as many details as possible and be sent to Aaron M. Moore, Thunder Pro Faspitch, 202 w. State St., Suite 100, Rockford, IL 61101.
Promotional Items/Dates: The Thunder may give away a variety of promotional items at designated games throughout the season. Promotional items have individual restrictions (e.g. first 500 guests, ages 14 and under, etc.) and dates and items are subject to change without prior notice. A game ticket does not guarantee the holder a promotional item. Promotional items are distributed one per person with no exceptions.
Re-entry into the Ballpark: Fans may re-enter the park. Fans who plan on re-entering MUST have their ticket punched before they leave the ballpark and present their ticket stub upon re-entry.
Refund Policy: No refunds or exchanges are given for Thunder tickets. Season ticket holders are eligible for a special ticket exchange program.
Schedules: Pocket schedules are available free throughout the Rockford area. To order schedules by mail, write to Thunder Pro Fastpitch, 202 w. State St., Suite 100, Rockford, IL 61101. Please specify the number of schedules needed and include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Security: Security officers and uniformed personnel are stationed throughout the ballpark during all events. In the case of a security incident, notify a uniformed ballpark employee and/or nearest uniformed security officer. The Police Department will be on hand before and after every Thunder home game to assist in fan safety.
Services for Guests with Disabilities: Player's Park meets and exceeds all service and structural requirements stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please inform the ticket representative of your special seating needs at the time of purchase.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.
Standing Room: A limited number of standing room tickets will be made available for sold-out games only, per the discretion of the ball club.
Wheelchair Seating: Please refer to our "Services for Guests with Disabilities" section for details on wheelchair seating.
Will Call: Thunder Pro Fastpitch "Will Call" window is located at the entrance to Player's Park. Identification will be required.
Be respectful to the teams, umpires, coaches and guests next to you and enjoy the game!
